- Abstract
The article focuses on the expansion of judicial immunity and the role of the arbitrator as the ethics enforcer. Topics discussed include the historical role of arbitrators in policing the conduct within their tribunals, the Federal Arbitration Act and expansion of the criminal laws dealing with crimes against the administration of justice to the arbitral forum. It also discusses the rules and procedures of the largest arbitration provider organizations.
