- Abstract
The article focuses on the first trial at the International Criminal Court (ICC) against Thomas Lubanga Dyilo on the problems related to the disclosure, which is regarded as an accomplishment for the international criminal justice. It discusses the two evidentiary problems of disclosure and its consequences including disclosure of exculpatory confidential information and disclosure of identity of the prosecutor's intermediaries.
