- Authors
Kirkland, Karl; Ritter, Amber
- Abstract
The article discusses the growing use of parenting coordination (PC) as an alternative dispute resolution technique in the U.S. It notes that concept serves as a neutral role with an aim to protect the children from high conflict and to assist litigious post-divorce families by implementing safe and workable parenting plans. Furthermore, PC has been widely used by several circuit court judges in Alabama counties, including Montgomery, Macon and Elmore.
