The article presents a case study of a 41-year-old female homemaker presented with redness, nontraumatic pain and swelling of her calf. She was discharged after responding to conservative management and showed clinical features of cellulitis. Her diagnosis of anaplastic plasmacytoma following her return with same clinical features is also mentioned.
