- Abstract
In this article the author discusses aspects of sports concussions or injury to the brain caused by collision. He remarks that a series of policy and laws have been generated by medical organizations, sports leagues, and other sport governing agencies to improve athlete health in the U.S. He stresses that due to several sports concussions that happened which are coupled with the complexities and nuances of brain function, it called for the need for clinical protocols.
