- Abstract
The article discusses the conservation of architectural buildings, built in the 20th century, in the Czech Republic. Several architectural renovations such as the Villa Müller, designed by Adolf Loos and located in Prague, Czech Republic, and the Villa Tugendhat, restored by Ivo Hammer and located in Brno, Czech Republic are evaluated. The article mentioned the architectural use of different building materials such as bricks, wood, and metal on order to create an old and new feeling for the building. Other topics mentioned in this article include the "WMF Modernism Award", an architectural award, interior design as an architectural structure, and modernism.
