- Abstract
The authors discuss the three studies regarding the nature of interaction at chromosomal ends. The authors say that the studies focused on a particular protein-protein interface between telomerase and proteins tripeptidyl peptidase 1 (TPP1), which was found to be important in the regulation of the telomerase processivity and recruitment in mammalian cells. The authors mention that the studies also revealed the existence of an equivalent interaction in budding yeast.
