- Abstract
The article shares the authors' insights about the student activity "The Dirty Water Challenge" that they conducted to their students. The said activity is a fun activity conducted by the authors to teach children about their environment in an engaging and practical way. The authors have introduced the topic by engaging students with a simple phenomenon exercise. The students were shown the mystery filter and were to guess how it works. During the activity, the teacher stands in front of the class holding the filter or using a stand to keep it in position above an empty clear plastic container. The activity is finished by asking the class to design, test, and make their own filters cleaner.
