- Abstract
The article examines how to improve the arbitration process and avoid litigation. It recommends ways to ensure that arbitration's goal of a fair, effective and efficient relief is achieved. To avoid the pitfalls of litigation, it notes that it is best to determine which between litigation and arbitration can best address the dispute on hand. The author concludes that commitment and the willingness of all parties to participate will make the process cheaper, better and faster.
