- Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 59-year-old man presented with a history of multiple asymptomatic skin lesions that involve the dorsum of his two hands. Histopathological examination shows a rise in the number of dilated blood vessels in the upper and mid dermis along with dermal fibrosis and multiple interstitial angulated multinucleated cells in the mid-dermis. Diagnosis shows that the patient demonstrates Multinucleate cell angiohistiocytoma (MCAH).
