- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 69-year-old woman with history of painless lesions on the right upper back. Clinical diagnosis reveals that serum calcium and phosphate levels were normal and the autoantibody screen were negative. In addition, the patient's histological finding shows that skin biopsy revealed the presence of atrophic epidermis with extensive sclerosis in the dermis extruding through the epidermis.
