- Abstract
In an era of“Internet Plus”, the intelligent development of tourism industry will present new opportu⁃ nities for Guangxi’s development. This article took 14 cities in Guangxi as the research object and analyzed the spatial differences in territorial structure of their tourism development based on geographic concentration index and locational Gini Coefficient. The geographic concentration of tourism industry in Guangxi may be mainly af⁃ fected by resource endowment, locational conditions, regional economic development and other factors, so there exist large differences in tourism development in these cities. Therefore, to optimize the territorial structure of Guangxi’s tourism industry, emphasis shall be put in four aspects: industry spatial layout according to local con⁃ ditions, improving stereoscopic traffic network for easier access to various districts, promoting regional high-qual⁃ ity economic growth, and accelerating intelligent development of tourism industry.
