- Abstract
Snoezelen education is considered effective for the development of psychological stability in children with developmental disabilities enrolled in elementary and junior high schools, and those with school refusals with unstable emotions. In this study, we examine the practice in special needs resource room using Snoezelen for a child with social anxiety disabilities who aiming at the adaptation to the group. The lessons were carried out using fluorescent and phosphorescent materials in the corner of the resource room. As a result, it was suggested that Snoezelen lessons change the role according to the needs of the target children and have educational significance for adaptation to the group because it promotes the formation of human relations and psychological stability.
