- Abstract
The article presents information on the decisions made by the Chapter 19 of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) related to the Carbon and Certain Alloy Steel Wire Rod From Canada based on trade issues of anti-dumping calculations. The former U.S. price policy called zeroing used by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the domestic fair value is discussed. The jurisprudence of the U.S. law, legal doctrines and international obligations are also discussed.
