- Abstract
The article presents a speech by Gary Kline, Professor and Chair of the Department of History and Political Science of Georgia Southwestern University, which he delivered at the twenty-sixth annual meeting of the Association of Third World Studies, Inc., held in Millersville Pennsylvania in October 2008. Kline expressed his disapproval of global poverty and suffering. He also talked about various amounts of money, including the size of U.S. military expenses, and the sum he thinks would suffice to bring food and vaccinations to every child in the world.
