An introduction to the journal is presented in which the editor discusses various reports published within the issue including one by David Wexler on therapeutic jurisprudence within a context of changing legal scholarship, one by Michael Perlin on sanism as an irrational prejudice that infects legal decision making and one by Richard Wiener on a psycholegal research examining the empirical support for a normative foundation of psychological jurisprudence.
