- Abstract
In this research, it is aimed to determine the mediating role of perceived organizational support in the perception of crisis and employee turnover intention. The population of the research consists of 4 and 5-star hotel employees operating in Istanbul. During the data collection process, the convenience sampling method was used and have reached 233 employees. The data of the study were collected by the drop-collect technique in February and May. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the perception of crisis and intention to turnover the hotel employees and a negative and significant relationship between the perception of crisis and perceived organizational support. On the other hand, it was also found that a negative and significant relationship between perceived organizational support and employee turnover intention. Another important result of the study is that organizational support has a mediating effect on the relationship between crisis perception and employee turnover intention.
