- Abstract
The article discusses the ruling of the Oberlandesgericht Cologne (OLG) of Germany concerning litigation funding for hate speech victims under the German Gesetz gegen den unlauteren Wettbewerb (UWG) section 3. Topics include support and a power of attorney service offered by a non-profit limited liability company to the victims of hate speech on the Internet; and the role of the respondent in offering to the victims the prospect of the damage under certain conditions of the process costs.
