Introduction The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the social capital levels of schools and the psychological contracts of teachers. Social capital refers to the potential that can be activated at any moment in order to realize the common aims and expectations of a community that have been established and existed in social relations since the day when the person needs other people and lives life sharing. Social capital can be defined as customs, traditions that hold society together and affectits development and set of rules that determine national and international relationships. It canal so be defined as the ability to work together in groups of people, groups or organizations for common goals. The other variable of there search psychological contract can be expressed as a series of dynamic, non-written expectations based on reciprocity between the employee and the employer. The most important features of the psychological contract are the reduction of in security and ambiguity between the parties, the sense of being able to predict future progression to employees, and the security and control mechanisms (Shore &Tettick, 1994 eg. Aydın, 2016; Cihangiroğlu& Şahin, 2010; Akyüz, 2014). School organizations can have significant gains in achieving organizational goals by creating strong institutional and social values ystems, voluntary responsibilities of employees, and activesocialties in proportion to their social capital accumulation.
