- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 48-year-old woman with progressive exertional dyspnea, epistaxis, telangiectasias, and arteriovenous malformations. Topics discussed include hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT), treatment strategies for heritable pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) due to HHT, and management of pulmonary arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) in the context of PAH.
