- Abstract
A case study of a 2-year-old boy is presented who was admitted because of fever on the first day of illness, and lip redness, cervical lymphadenopathy, skin rash, conjunctivitis, indurated edema of extremities followed on third and fourth days. The article discusses thrombosis of coronary artery aneurysm (CAA) after the occurrence of Kawasaki disease (KD). It is notes that the patient's conditions were improved after intravenous therapy coronary thrombolysis with low-dose urokinase.
