- Abstract
The article offers information on the study of the relative effects of climate change, timber harvesting, and insect outbreaks on the composition, biomass, and landscape pattern of boreal forests in south-central Siberia. It notes that the study used a landscape succession and disturbance model (LANDIS-II). The study reveals that timber harvest and insect outbreaks have more influence on most response variables than climate change.
