Title
100 Years Ago: Denial of Charges.
Abstract
The authors comments on the denial of charges on the case of a girl with fractured ribs. The authors say that the girl was injured by a shaft and got three fractured ribs. They state that that member of State of Society sent to the insurance firm a bill for $25 for the fractures and $9 for the attendance. They add that the payment of bills was denied becuase the physician was not their regular physician employed and the charges were greater than the amount that they are willing to pay.
