- Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the effects of different concentrations of calcium in relative growth rate of shoots of Eucalyptus grandis Hill (ex Maiden) under different temperatures in vitro. The experiment consisted of a completely randomized design with four treatments namely: T0 (no added Ca); T1 (2.5 mmol Adding Ca); T2 (5.0 mmol Adding Ca) and T3 (10.0 mmol Adding Ca). Three replications four explants per replicate. We evaluated the Ca to verify the effect of heat shock on the TCR. The results indicated that calcium had influence on the TCR of the plant with respect to temperature variation. Ca levels required are 5.0 mmol, 2.5 mmol, 10.0 mmol, 2.5 mmol and 5.0 mmol for temperatures of 5 ° C, 15 ° C, 25 ° C, 35 ° C and 45 ° C, respectively.
