- Title
VARIANCE OF DISTRIBUTION OF PRIMES IN RESIDUE CLASSES.
- Authors
FRIEDLANDER, J. B.; GOLDSTON, D. A.
- Abstract
The article discusses the distribution variability of primes in residue classes. It mentions the arithmetic propositions in the Generalized Riemann Hypothesis (GRH) and theorems of E. Bombieri and M. Vinogradov type. It states the provision of advance evidence for conjectures in the asymptotic formula of M. B. Barban and H. L. Montgomery. Also, it assumes a stong version of the Riemann Hypothesis in the twin prime conjecture.
