After investigation of stressors, initial item pool of 64 items was developed. After experts evaluation 58 items were finalized. For assessment of psychometric properties, sample size of 400 (190 men & 210 women) 20-25 years of age range, were randomly selected from second year to final year medical students of three medical colleges of Lahore. Results and Conclusion: In the reliability assessment all items showed high correlations between the scores of first and second application within the gap of one week. The scale demonstrated high strength of internal consistency of its items with the cronbach alpha of .890 at 0.01 levels. For factor analysis sample size was 400, exploratory factor analysis was applied and four factors were loaded. These factors were labeled according to their conceptual depth as social stressors, mistrust, academic stressors, and burnout.
