- Abstract
The article focuses on laws made for the discrimination against the undocumented immigrants under the Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution. Topics discussed include role of immigration law in protecting the class of immigrants, judicial opinions of the U.S. Supreme Court on the cases related to immigration law and Equal Protection Clause along with the approaches made for preventing nonimmigrant from legal discrimination.
