The author discusses how the Fair Housing Act (FHA) has changed the housing policies in the U.S. in last 50 years, as of February 2019. Topics discussed include ways in which FHA ends the discrimination in housing; implementation of the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) rule; and changes made by former U.S. President Barack Obama to improve fair housing practices in the U.S.
