- Authors
Porat, Iddo
- Abstract
The article presents the author's comment on the paper "On This Side of the Law and On That Side of the Law, " by Maimon Schwarzschild. He discusses issues on federalism, gay marriage and judicial activism which Schwarzschild reviewed, while expanding his argument in which value pluralism can be applied to judicial review adjudication. He further emphasizes that value pluralism is a plurality of values in human experience, and that should induce people to protect such traditions from extinction.
