- Abstract
The article focuses on climate justice issues involving environmental justice movement for the implementation of environmental laws and regulations and the doctrine of displacement. Topics discussed include the U.S Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit's case Native Village of Kivalina v. ExxonMobil Corp. that addressed claim of public nuisance and Environmental Protection Agency's authorized actions under the Clean Air Act, and Supreme Court case Connecticut v. American Electric Power.
