- Authors
Zuckweiler, Kathryn M.
- Abstract
The article focuses on integrating Six Sigma, a business management strategy, to the curriculum of undergraduate students. It notes that as more and more companies adopt Six Sigma over the years as a quality improvement and project management method, familiarity with the strategy becomes valuable knowledge for undergraduate students targeting their first career-type job. However, it mentions that Six Sigma is far more than a box of analytical tools or collection of broad managerial philosophies.
