- Abstract
Our organism is a federation of a huge number of cells, each of which is also an organism that lives its complex life, but at the same time it interacts with all other federation cells as it adequately reacts to their signals and on its own sends them signals. Due to this complex social behavior of every cell from billions and trillions of cells helping each other as every one of them clearly performs its functions having its separate place (region) in the organism, dividing themselves whenever it is necessary and eventually, they form one structure – one multicellular organism. However, cells with changed social behavior come into existence in the organism: cells, which to one or other degree remain ‘deaf’ to the signals of the other cells, cells, dividing regardless of their signals and infiltrate in the region, occupied by other tissue. These mutations of the separate cells are congenital: the quality of antisocial behavior of these cells is inherited at the moment of their division to the new ones and in an endless number of cell divisions. During the last years of study of the processes of transformation of the normal cells into malignant brought to more remarkable and unexpected results: in normal cells was found a system of interaction with the protein, which can be called ‘gene protection system’. This system protects the cells and organism from gene mutation. The main role of this system plays protein p53 .
