- Abstract
The business model is a tool that enterprises start to create value for their customers and then distribute it to face external pressures in the market. They invest heavily in their business model to improve their competitiveness. It is a sustainable way to do business. This paper aims to clarify the role of business model in the process of creating and make the goals set from the beginning of its activity by adapting it to technology, and this by continuous innovation in its business model. Therefore, the study concluded that the business model reflects the status of the organization, whatever its field of specialization. To win profits and create added value.
