- Abstract
The article presents a study regarding the clinical performance of one light cured microfilled resin and two light cured hybrid composite resins. It is reported that twenty-five patients requiring anterior restorations in the same area of mouth were selected and distribution of the restoration were randomized independent of the size of cavity. It is stated that each restoration was examined by evaluators and a glass ionomer lining cement was used and calcium hydroxide liner was applied before acid etching of cavity walls. It is stated that restoration were rated according to the U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS) and no vital difference between the resins were found, rather the color match of hybrid resins was found better than microfilled resin.
