- Abstract
This article focuses on the court ruling given in Marabello v. Allied Maintenance Corp. case. Arbitration of discharge for alleged assault at world's fair grounds was stayed until the conclusion of a pending indictment for crime of assault, but stay should terminate not later than March 1, 1965, in any event. The court said: "It is obviously important that the propriety of petitioner's discharge be determined prior to such reopening."
