The article presents a case study of a 15-year-old male who was diagnosed with fatty liver. Topics discussed include nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) because of low level of abetalipoproteinaemia (ABL) in the patient, treatment of genetic hypolipidaemia with vitamin supplementation, and proper diagnosis of patient with nonalcoholic fatty liver.
