- Abstract
The article presents a training proposal for the promotion of teacher welfare, particularly developed with Physical Education undergraduate students from the State University of West of Paraná – UNIOESTE, all participants of the Institutional Scholarship Program Introduction to Teaching - PIBID. The research line is inserted in a course implemented in an action research perspective, a qualitative approach, developed with a group of 15 potential future teachers. The intervention was developed in 5 sessions that aim to contribute to the development of certain major powers to prevent or solve malaise situations: recognition of skills of potential factors, causes and symptoms of teacher malaise; recognition and differentiation skills between stress, anxiety, depression in student / teaching context; identification of competencies and development of coping strategies; work team skills, assertiveness and conflict management; rules for healthy lifestyle; and spirituality and education in implementation perspective of learning in professional and personal life. There was greater recognition in the perception of well-being, situations and symptoms of teacher malaise and positive assessment of training for professional development.
