- Abstract
The article offers information on the implementation of the Nonproliferation of Treaty (NPT) of Nuclear Weapons' resolutions in the Middle East. It mentions the adoption of the NPT's resolutions during the Review and Extension Conference in 1995. In addition, these resolutions are aiming to assert all the countries in the Middle East region shall become NPT parties. However, it cites that Israel is the only Arab state that has not complied with the NPT resolutions as well as International Atomic Energy Agency's (IAEA) safeguard regulations. Moreover, the NPT's goal for the propagation of nuclear-free zone in the Middle East is also mentioned.
