- Abstract
Commercial brands play an important role in the current world of commerce, especially because they are an essential part of consumer' daily lives. This turns them into one of the main elements in charge of powering up exchanges and allows for humans to redefine the ways in which they relate to each other. This article shows the way the distinctive signs create effects of a different order in society and in modern culture, changes motivated mainly by the actions of the marketing and advertising worlds. All of this was made possible by using comparative research that included document reviews and interviews with experts.
