- Abstract
State acquisition is at the forefront of PHM architecture, which mainly obtains the most original data by configuring sensors. Thus, sensor configuration and optimization is one of the core technologies of ship electronic equipment PHM. In this paper, in order to solve the problem of how to achieve the minimum value of the objective function under the constraints of fault detection rate, isolation rate and false alarm rate, an improved discrete frog leaping algorithm with adaptive chaotic mutation is used to solve the optimal solution, and the problem that many intelligent bionic algorithms are easy to fall into local extremum. Finally, the application is verified in the case of intelligent manufacturing of ship electronic equipment.
