- Abstract
The article focuses on the health information technology issues which are included in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, for medical innovations in the U.S. The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) has emphasized the advantages of the provision regarding the structuring of health care programs to govern public health concerns. An overview for the new health information technology and its patient privacy relations are also elaborated.
