- Authors

- Abstract
The article discusses the paper by T. S. Elliot which uses stochastic orthogonal recoding of translation with chemoselective modification (SORT-M) to analyze cellular proteomes in vivo. Topics include the introduction of unnatural amino acid during protein systhesis, the tissue- and stage-specific proteome profiling in whole animals using engineered Drosophila Melanogaster, and the analysis of proteins using mass spectrometry.
