- Abstract
Once a complex internal hernia has developed, the hernia contents and the hernia ring may not be easily distinguishable. However, there were lots of intestines that were incarcerated, with the hernia content and the hernia ring remained indistinguishable after more than 10 min of manipulating attempts. The presence of these three signs indicated that the hernia ring was between the alimentary limb and the biliopancreatic limb and that the hernia content was the common channel.
