The article focuses on flexibility in relation to Australian Panel decision-making for resolving takeover disputes with the passage of Corporate Law Economic Reform Program Act 1999 (CLERP). It mentions assessment is conducted by analyzing the powers given to the Panel in applying the policy with restraining the exercise of voting rights, directing the disposal of shares, and vesting shares in the corporate regulator, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
