- Abstract
The article examines regulations governing Australia's enforcement of its foreign bribery regime. Topics discussed include Australia's implementation of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development's ('OECD') Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions; scale of the international bribery problem; and importance of corporate whistleblowing as an anti-bribery tool from practical and theoretical perspectives.
