- Abstract
The article makes an analysis of the costs and benefits of collective bargaining by business that aim at the development of economic framework to analyze collective bargaining. It explores published authorization and notification decisions, to compare the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) approach with the economic framework. It discusses the guidelines provided by the ACCC to educate market participants on collective bargaining process.
