- Abstract
The article discusses the question on the soundness of bases of the Efficient Capital Markets Hypothesis (ECMH) in New South Wales. It emphasizes the price efficiency as an individual security price that accurately reflects the underlying economic value. It stresses the need for policy makers, regulators and the judiciary to enact, enforce and interpret capital market regulation through a clearer lens that to assess regulation efficiency.
