- Abstract
The article focuses on the effectuality of the Mount Laurel doctrine to limit local control over zoning decisions in New Jersey. It explores the Growth Share scheme that offers affordable community housing obligations to the overall municipality development which oversights and controls at the state level to end provincialism. It also looks into the support provided by the Council on Affordable Housing (COAH) to the Growth Share scheme.
