- Abstract
The article focuses on the appropriate methods to achieve better construction and application of insurance policies in the U.S. It is stated that these methods are beneficial in managing insurance coverage disputes. Insurance policies have been viewed by financial experts as a product that benefits the policyholder. These policies also provide protection against future risk, accidents and uncertainty. Moreover, the article also provides information on the proper way to discern the meaning of insurance contracts.
