- Abstract
The article presents a presentation on the comparative legitimacy to the motion hearings related to national security against terrorism by the military commission of 9/11 as in the view of an ordinary citizen of Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Topics discussed include the status of detainded prisoners of 9/11 in Guantanamo Bay under the Military Commission Act of 2006, depths of the presence of the U.S. army in Guantanamo Bay and the decision of the Hamdan v. Rumsfeld.
